Job Title: Third Line Analyst Job Level: L

Experience: Overall 5 years of experience

Core Responsibilities:
1. Experience managing Azure infrastructure- server and serverless
2. Experience providing infrastructure monitoring and maintenance through Azure Monitor
3. Experience providing network support (LAN,WAN,etc)
4. In depth knowledge and experience in Office365 administration (certification advantageous)
5. Experience supporting SQL Server
6. Analysis and resolution of API issues
7. Knowledge of Internet development technologies (HTML, XML, API, SQL, Cosmos ) is required
8. Strong attention to detail with an ability to organise, prioritize and multitask effectively
9. Develop and implement technical solutions that meet operational improvement needs
10. Working knowledge of windows server
11. Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP
12. Experience in Group Policy
13. Experience supporting SharePoint, backup solutions, antivirus software, and networking
14. Ability to design new and innovative solutions to deal with day-to-day service desk issues

Support Activities:
1. Proactively monitor systems and continuously improve this through use of automation
2. Ensure the proper recording of all support activities
3. Flexible in working hours to cover support of UK based Operations
4. Function as consultant and escalation point for 1st & 2nd Line Analysts

2. Bachelor's degree in related technical area or equivalent technical training/experience desirable
3. Senior level knowledge of systems administration in an enterprise workplace
