Job Description:

A Production Supervisor (Tractor Parts) oversees the daily operations of a tractor parts production line, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. This involves managing staff, coordinating production schedules, monitoring processes, and troubleshooting issues. They also play a key role in training, inventory management, and maintaining a protected working environment. Key Responsibilities:

- Supervising and Coordinating Production Staff: This includes assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring staff are properly trained to perform their duties.
- Monitoring Production Processes: Ensuring that production lines operate efficiently, safely, and within quality standards.
- Ensuring Quality Control: Implementing and enforcing quality control procedures to meet product specifications and address any quality issues.
- Managing Inventory: Tracking materials, coordinating with supply chain for timely delivery of parts, and minimizing waste.
- Maintaining a Safe Working Environment: Implementing and enforcing safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a secure workplace.
- Troubleshooting Production Issues: Identifying and resolving operational problems that may arise during the production process.
- Reporting Production Metrics: Tracking and reporting production data, including output, efficiency, and quality, to management.
- Training and Development: Training new employees, providing ongoing support, and fostering a positive and productive team environment.
- Inventory Management:



Ensuring optimal levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods are maintained to support production and minimize waste.
- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership skills to motivate and manage a team, as well as clear communication skills to interact with staff, management, and other departments.
- Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to identify and resolve production issues, analyze data, and implement effective solutions.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of tractor parts manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control procedures.
- Safety Awareness: Thorough knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in using relevant software and systems for production planning, reporting, and inventory management.
- Experience: Previous experience in a production supervisory role, preferably within the automotive or related industry.
