- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and R&D; to identify opportunities for recent product development based on consumer insights and market trends.
- Assist in concept creation, feasibility assessments, and development of business cases.
- Manage product development timelines and ensure alignment with internal stakeholders.
- Support prototype creation, lab trials, and product testing in collaboration with R&D; and quality assurance teams.
- Utilize SAP to:
- Create and maintain BOMs (Bills of Materials) and Material Master Data
- Manage product lifecycle data, approvals, and change requests
- Track project costs and inventory impacts
- Ensure packaging and labeling compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Participate in new product launch planning and conduct post-launch performance evaluations.
- Maintain clear and organized documentation for all NPD projects using both internal systems and SAP.
