- Required experience of Multicloud which is Azure, AWS, GCP cloud
- Desirable to have Salesforce certifications like Certified Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect.
- Should possess strong knowledge of CRM concepts, business processes, and best practices.
- Proficiency required in Salesforce configuration, customization, and development using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Must have robust knowledge/experience in working with Salesforce Einstein Platform.
- Knowledge in version control and CI/CD implementations required.
- Experience needed with Salesforce integrations using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
- Ability to lead and guide development teams, provide technical direction, code reviews, and mentoring.
- Expected to provide expert advice on Salesforce development methodologies, design patterns, and coding standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills required and capability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills needed to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and tools is a must.
- Knowledge of security and compliance considerations in Salesforce implementations is necessary.
