Job description

- Citrix & Virtualization Admin job with 6-8 years of required experience.
- Must have skills include Citrix, Windows Server, VMWare with HP & Dell Servers, and DC operations.
- Knowledge of Active Directory and Azure VDI is also required.
- Familiarity with ITIL framework is a necessity.
- Preferred skills include experience or knowledge on Entra ID, Azure IaaS, SCCM, and Automation (PowerShell / Ansible / Terraform).
- Hands-on experience with Citrix, VMware ESX, VCenter, and Windows Server Operating systems.
- Proven ability in administering & troubleshooting Windows OS, Active Directory, DHCP, and DNS, patch management using SCCM, capacity and performance management.
- Expertise in Citrix environments, including DaaS, Virtual Apps, VDI, and Citrix User Profile Manager and Workspace Apps, Citrix diagnostics and ICA clients.
- Experience with high availability configurations and Citrix ADC appliances.
- Valuable knowledge of Active Directory, Forest & domain management in multi-forest / multi-domain environments,



AD sites & replication management, group policies, troubleshooting issues and AD upgrades.
- Experience in Hardware life cycle management activities with HP & Dell servers including remote troubleshooting, firmware upgrades, BIOS upgrades, driver packages, coordinating with vendors for hardware issues/ replacements etc., Blade Enclosure & blade server management.
- Proficient in installing, Configuring & Trouble shooting ESXi including provisioning, VM builds, Configuring and Managing Virtual Switches, Data stores.
- Knowledge in performing Snapshots, Cloning, Cold Migrations and Hot Migrations, patch management activities.
- Familiar with Support / Management tools: SCCM for application deployment & patch management, WSUS for patch management, and monitoring tools like SolarWinds and Snow.
- Experience in Automation using Powershell, Ansible, Terraform.
