Job description

Role:

- Leading the company's DevOps initiatives, playing a key role in architecting and implementing scalable infrastructure, managing code releases, and collaborating with software engineers and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, automating deployment and management of applications, building and maintaining tools for deployment and operations, monitoring site reliability, implementing security best practices, mentoring junior members, and staying updated with industry trends.
- Required Experience: Bachelor's degree in a related field, 6-8+ years of experience in a DevOps role, experience with Azure cloud services, Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, Helm package manager and Helm Charts, strong scripting skills (Powershell, Python, Bash).
- Preferred Experience:



Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform, Octopus Deploy, Rancher Kubernetes Management Tool, understanding of AuthN and AuthZ techniques, and GIT processes.
- Methodology Skills: Agile, Kanban, DevOps.

Personal Skills:

- Problem-solving skills, communication skills, ability to work in a complex international environment, ability to quickly learn current concepts and software.

Preferred Candidates:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills, BE Computer Science/MCA or any other bachelor's degree with the right experience, experience working on SaaS methods would be an added advantage.
