Key Responsibilities:

SAP SuccessFactors Development & Integration:

- Lead the development and integration of SAP SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, Compensation, LMS, Recruiting Management, and Onboarding.
- Design, configure, and implement SuccessFactors solutions to meet business requirements and improve the HR processes.
- Integrate SuccessFactors with various internal and third-party systems using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), PI/PO, or other relevant integration tools.
- Handle the end-to-end implementation of SuccessFactors modules, ensuring seamless data flow across systems and departments.

Leadership (for SuccessFactor Lead Role):

- Lead and mentor a team of SAP SuccessFactors professionals, providing technical guidance and leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
- Define and drive the technical approach for integrating SAP SuccessFactors with other enterprise systems.
- Ensure that the team adheres to project timelines and quality standards, while actively collaborating with other stakeholders (HR, IT, etc.) to meet business objectives.

Technical Expertise:

- Design, implement, and maintain various SAP SuccessFactors solutions for areas like Performance Management, Compensation Management, and Succession Planning.
- Develop custom configurations and enhancements in SAP SuccessFactors using Cloud Application Studio (CAS), Advanced Reporting, HANA, and other relevant tools.
- Work with APIs, Web Services, and Middleware solutions for successful system integrations.
- Create and maintain documentation, including technical specifications, integration documentation, and training guides.





Collaboration & Support:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Business) to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure smooth delivery.
- Provide post-implementation support and ensure system enhancements are aligned with business needs.
- Manage troubleshooting and ensure that any integration or system issues are quickly identified and resolved.

Skills & Qualifications:

SAP SuccessFactors Experience:

- Minimum 6 years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors, with hands-on experience in Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, Compensation, LMS, Recruiting, and Onboarding modules.

Integration Skills:

- Robust experience in SAP SuccessFactors Integration (using SAP CPI, PI/PO, Cloud Platform Integration).
- Proficient in integrating SuccessFactors with other enterprise systems, including SAP ERP, HCM, and third-party applications.

Development Skills:

- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors development tools like Cloud Application Studio (CAS) and Advanced Reporting.
- Ability to configure, customize, and develop SuccessFactors solutions.

Knowledge of Best Practices:

- Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors best practices in implementation, integration, and customizations.
- Expertise in data migration strategies for SuccessFactors and associated systems.

Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process optimization and troubleshooting.

Communication & Collaboration:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure business needs are met.
