Roles & Responsibilities:

- Provide L2/L3 support for Salesforce DevOps operations, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and deployment management.
- Manage and monitor release activities across multiple Salesforce environments (DEV, SIT, UAT, PROD).
- Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, and other related DevOps tools.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and business teams to ensure smooth and timely deployments.
- Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain stability.
- Ensure adherence to change management processes and documentation standards for all deployments.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance Salesforce DevOps practices and automation.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Experience with Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD pipeline management, and deployment automation.
- Robust knowledge of GitLab, Jenkins, and version control systems.
- Experience in L2/L3 support for Salesforce or other enterprise applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions.
