Job Description:

- Develop responsive web and mobile applications using React and React Native for frontend and backend functionality.
- Contribute to application design and architecture.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and designers to produce high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and designs.
- Maintain and evolve development standards, documentation, and release notes.
- Convert technical user stories into performant, usable interfaces.
- Provide estimates for tasks and stories, delivering status updates regularly.
- Test deliverables against acceptance criteria and ensure quality standards.
- Update and contribute to technical documentation.
- Communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders and technical teams in an Agile environment.
- Debug production issues, multitask,



and execute tasks with accuracy in a high-pressure environment.
- Stay updated on latest web technologies, conduct POCs, and apply recent tools/technologies.
- Write unit tests and design testable code for user stories.
- Follow common design patterns and development best practices.
- Identify areas for automation and process improvement.

Required Education & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5-7 years of web development experience; media/entertainment industry experience is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
