Communicating with customers via phone, email, and chat; data entry in various platforms.
A Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing assistance, information, and support to customers regarding products or services.
Handle incoming calls, emails, or chat inquiries, maintain accurate records of customer/clients interactions
Strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to navigate customer service platforms
Frontline support for the organization in providing quality service to the customers.
Providing information about products or services, take or enter details, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints.

Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
