Key Responsibilities
- 10+ years of overall IT industry experience.
- 5+ years managing enterprise application, cloud, or Service Now engagements.
- Proven experience leading medium-to-large Service Now implementation and managed services engagements.
- Experience managing distributed and global delivery teams.
- Strong understanding of project financials, commercial governance, and customer management.
- Valuable Understanding of multiple modules like, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, CMDB & Discovery
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
- ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
- Service Now CSA certification desirable.
- Service Now CIS certifications are an added advantage.
