The Successful Applicant

- >8 years of technology recruitment experience.(SaaS)
- Proven track record in niche technology hiring.
- Experience managing senior stakeholders globally.




- Strong market mapping and talent intelligence capabilities.
- Skilled in offer negotiations, approvals and closures.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Experience leading teams and scaling hiring operations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth workplace.
