Job Overview


We are looking for an energetic and result -oriented Tele Sales Officer – Home Loan to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of telecalling experience or strong communication skills with a willingness to learn and grow in the finance industry.

Key Responsibilities


- Make outbound/inbound calls to potential customers for Home Loans, Balance Transfer, and Top -Up Loan products

- Explain loan features, interest rates, eligibility, and required documentation to clients

- Generate and follow up on leads provided by the company

- Maintain daily call reports and update customer details in Dialer, CRM, or Excel





- Coordinate with sales and processing teams for smooth loan conversion

- Handle customer queries and provide accurate product information

- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead conversion targets


Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or loan processing

- Good communication skills in Hindi and English

- Basic knowledge of Home Loans, Banking, or Financial Products preferred

- Comfortable with calling targets and customer interaction

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Dialer, CRM systems)

- Positive attitude, confidence, and eagerness to learn
