for specific target audience.

· Must be flexible in
terms of working on multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Proof reading to
produce accurate and high quality of work.

· Completes projects
by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc.

· Contributes to team
effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

responsibilities

· Assist in both
content and design of marketing collateral including printed materials, external
and internal presentations and other media to develop new business for the
firm

· Create individual
graphic elements (information graphics, illustrations, etc) for marketing
collaterals.

· Prepares work to be
accomplished by gathering information and materials.

· Plans concept by
studying information and materials.

· Illustrates concept
by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement,



size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.

· Obtains approval of
concept by submitting rough layout for approval.

· Prepares finished
copy and art by operating typesetting, printing , and similar equipment; purchasing from vendors.

· Prepares final
layout by marking and pasting up finished copy and art.

· Completes projects
by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc.

· Sending
daily/weekly reports to reporting head.

· Any other duties
assigned by Reporting Manager.

Desired Qualification: Associate or Graduate in Graphic Designing with Relevant Experience

Skills and experience:

· Minimum 2.5 years
of experience in graphic design

· Experience with
website designing and updates.

· Valuable working
experience in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel
Draw, HTML, CSS, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Flash and with Microsoft Office.

· Organized and
detail -oriented.

· Ability to meet
tight deadlines.

· Ability to
establish and maintain effective working relationships.

· Ability to
communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with
people at different levels and from various backgrounds.

· Adapt to changing
priorities and environment.
