E -Commerce Warehouse Operator


Location: Wrocław / Polkowice / Gdańsk / Zielona Góra, Poland



(Candidates from Delhi and Mumbai are preferred)


Industry: E -Commerce & Logistics


Employment Type: Full -time


Working Hours: 160–200 hours/month




Job Responsibilities


- Receive, scan, and store incoming goods.

- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch.

- Process returned products and maintain inventory records.

- Operate barcode scanners and follow warehouse procedures.

- Ensure accuracy, quality, and workplace safety.


Salary:


Approx. Gross Monthly Salary: ₹1.32–1.65 Lakh (Wrocław)


Approx. Gross Monthly Salary: ₹1.26–1.57 Lakh (Polkowice / Gdańsk / Zielona Góra)


Requirements

- Minimum Secondary School education.

- 2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, retail, packing, or distribution preferred (Fresh candidates with relevant skills may also apply).

- Basic English communication (A2–B1 level).

- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to use warehouse systems.

- Physically fit to stand, walk,



lift, and work in rotating shifts.

- Gross Hourly Rate: 33.00 PLN

- Approximate Gross Monthly Salary: ₹1.32 lakh – ₹1.65 lakh

- Approximate Gross Annual Salary: ₹15.85 lakh – ₹19.82 lakh


Polkowice, Gdańsk & Zielona Góra


- Gross Hourly Rate: 31.40 PLN

- Approximate Gross Monthly Salary: ₹1.26 lakh – ₹1.57 lakh

- Approximate Gross Annual Salary: ₹15.08 lakh – ₹18.86 lakh
