Job Description
The Director – Learning & Development is responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing training and development programs across Palace operations to ensure high service standards, employee capability development, and leadership pipeline growth. The role supports a culture of continuous learning aligned with hospitality brand standards and guest experience excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the organization’s Learning & Development strategy.
- Design training programs for service excellence, operational skills, and leadership development.
- Lead onboarding, departmental training,
and management development programs.
- Ensure consistent implementation of brand standards and SOP training across properties.
- Manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning initiatives.
- Track training effectiveness using performance metrics and guest feedback.
- Support succession planning and talent development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, HR, or related field.
- 12+ years of experience in training and development, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Robust knowledge of Luxury hotel operations and service standards, LQA, emotional intelligence
