We are hiring experienced Carpenter Chargehands / Foremen for a reputed construction company in Oman. The ideal candidate should have strong supervisory experience in carpentry and formwork activities, with the ability to lead a team and ensure work is completed safely and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide carpenters at the worksite.
- Plan and monitor daily carpentry and formwork activities.
- Read drawings and ensure work is completed as per specifications.
- Ensure quality standards and workplace safety are maintained.
- Coordinate with site engineers and other teams.
- Manage manpower, materials, and work progress.
Salary: 57000 INR Per Month
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Carpenter Chargehand or Foreman.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry and formwork systems.
- Positive leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to read construction drawings.
- Gulf experience preferred.
