Job Summary:-We are hiring for the HP North America Voice Customer Service Process. The role involves assisting customers with service-related queries and providing technical troubleshooting support for HP systems through voice interactions.
Eligibility Criteria:-HSC or Graduate candidates are eligible.Minimum 6 months of customer service experience is required.Candidates should possess excellent communication skills at C1 or C2 level.Candidates should be comfortable working in a 24x7 rotational shift workplace.Work Schedule:-5 days working2 rotational week-offs24x7 rotational shiftsInterview Process:-HR RoundAMCAT AssessmentFloor Operations RoundCompensation:-CTC / Take-home
Salary : Up to ₹30,000 in hand per month, depending on the candidate's profile and experience.
