About the RoleWe're looking for an ERPNext Functional Consultant to lead implementation, configuration, and support of ERPNext for our clients, with strong grounding in accounting principles and confident use of AI tools to boost delivery speed and quality.

Key ResponsibilitiesGather business requirements and configure ERPNext modules (Accounts, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing ,HRMS as applicable)Set up chart of accounts, cost centers, tax templates, and financial reports (P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)Handle month-end/year-end closing support, reconciliations, and GST/TDS or regional tax complianceTrain end users and prepare functional documentation, SOPs, and process flowsTroubleshoot functional issues, coordinate with technical/dev team for customizationsUse AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT/Claude, Frappe AI features) to speed up documentation, testing scripts, data analysis, and client communicationSupport data migration, UAT, and go-live activitiesClarity on Go-Live checklistsDesign Customisation SolutionsQuality Assurance Testing of the deliverableSupport on the functional queries





Required Skills2–3 years hands-on ERPNext/Frappe functional experience (implementation or support)Solid fundamentals in accounting (double-entry bookkeeping, journal entries, reconciliations, financial statements)Complete clarity on ERPNext core modules & process flowProven experience and clarity on Go-Live checklists — data validation, UAT sign-off, user access, backups, and cutover planningBasic knowledge of GST complianceExcellent written , verbal communication & presentation skills for client-facing interactionsComfortable using AI tools for productivity — prompt writing, documentation drafting, data summarizationBasic understanding of ERPNext/ Frappe doctypes, workflows, and print formats (non-coding level customisation)

Good to HaveFrappe/ERPNext certificationExposure to manufacturing, retail, or services industry verticalsBasic SQL/reporting query skillsBasic Customisation knowledge
