Job Summary

Hiring Export Executive

Industry: Pharma

Location: Mulund, Mumbai

Experience: 3 -10 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Handle Advance Licence / Advance Authorization, Duty Drawback (DBK) & RoDTEP
- Manage export incentive documentation & claims filing
- Coordinate with DGFT, Customs, CHA & Freight Forwarders
- Prepare shipping bills, invoices, packing lists & export documents
- Track export shipments & coordinate dispatch schedules
- Manage transporter coordination, vendor bills & logistics reconciliation
- Handle export entries & shipment tracking in SAP / ERP

Required Skills
- Robust knowledge of Export Incentives & Export Compliance
- Experience in Pharma / Chemical / Manufacturing Industry
- Working knowledge of SAP & MS Excel
- Good coordination & communication skills

Qualification
- Bachelors Degree in Commerce / Logistics / Supply Chain or related field
