Synopsis:

We are looking for a highly experienced Technical Architect to lead the architecture and delivery of a large-scale, enterprise-grade AI platform for a global client. This role requires someone who has hands-on expertise in designing and building complex distributed systems involving AI/LLMs, cloud-native microservices, document engineering, enterprise integrations, and modern web technologies.

The ideal candidate should be capable of understanding business problems end-to-end, defining scalable technical solutions, leading customer discussions, mentoring engineering teams, and contributing hands-on to critical parts of the implementation.

This is not a pure architecture or management role. We are looking for a hands-on Technical Architect who enjoys coding, solving complex engineering problems, reviewing designs, and ensuring engineering excellence across the project.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership

- Own the end-to-end technical architecture of enterprise-grade applications.
- Define scalable, secure, and maintainable solution architecture.
- Lead architectural discussions with client stakeholders.
- Convert business requirements into technical designs and implementation plans.
- Drive technology decisions, framework selection, and architectural standards.
- Ensure system scalability, resiliency, performance, and maintainability.

AI & Up-to-date Engineering

- Design AI-powered enterprise solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Architect Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) based systems.
- Design semantic search, embeddings, vector databases, and knowledge retrieval pipelines.
- Evaluate prompt engineering strategies and AI workflows.




- Design systems that integrate multiple AI services into enterprise applications.
- Optimize AI applications for accuracy, latency, scalability, and cost.

Backend Architecture

- Design and develop scalable backend services using Python and Node.js.
- Architect REST APIs and microservices.
- Design event-driven and asynchronous systems where applicable.
- Optimize application performance and reliability.
- Ensure secure communication across distributed services.

Frontend Architecture

- Guide architecture of modern React-based enterprise applications.
- Define frontend engineering standards.
- Ensure maintainable component architecture.
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX teams.

Cloud & DevOps

- Design cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure.
- Architect secure deployment strategies.
- Design scalable infrastructure.
- Work closely with DevOps teams for CI/CD best practices.
- Ensure application observability, monitoring, logging, and diagnostics.

Data Architecture

- Design relational database models using PostgreSQL.
- Work with Vector Databases and embedding storage.
- Optimize database performance.
- Define data governance and security best practices.

Code Quality & Engineering Excellence

- Write production-grade code for critical modules.
- Perform architecture reviews.
- Conduct code reviews and Pull Request (PR) reviews.
- Define coding standards and engineering best practices.
- Guide developers in implementing clean,



maintainable, and scalable solutions.
- Improve development processes and engineering productivity.

Team Leadership

- Mentor senior developers and engineers.
- Conduct technical knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Guide engineers on architecture and implementation approaches.
- Help resolve complex technical issues.
- Build a culture of engineering excellence.

Client Engagement

- Lead technical discussions with client architects and engineering teams.
- Present architectural solutions confidently.
- Understand client challenges and propose appropriate technical approaches.
- Participate in requirement discovery workshops.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact.
