Role
We are looking for an experienced Technical Developer & Trainer who can train freshers and help them become job-ready IT professionals.
The candidate should have good practical knowledge in:
- Frontend Development
- Full Stack Development
- Python Development
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct technical training for freshers.
- Teach programming and development concepts with practical examples.
- Conduct coding exercises, assignments, assessments, and projects.
- Guide freshers in real-time projects.
- Monitor fresher performance and learning progress.
- Handle doubts and provide technical support.
- Conduct technical evaluations and mock interviews.
- Prepare freshers for technical interviews.
- Coordinate with the internal team regarding fresher progress.
- Maintain training schedules and learning discipline.
- Update training content based on current industry requirements.
Required Technical Skills
Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React / Angular
Full Stack: Frontend + Backend, REST API, Database, Git
- Minimum 4 years of training experience.
- Strong practical development knowledge.
- Experience in training freshers.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Tamil & English Mandatory.
- Should be comfortable working from office.
- Strong mentoring and coordination skills.
