Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled System Administrator with 2 to 4 years of experience to manage and support the organizations IT infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for handling system administration, user management, network support, endpoint security, troubleshooting, and day-to-day IT operations to ensure smooth business continuity.
Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and network devices.
- Ensure smooth functioning of LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and internet connectivity.
- Understanding of networking on intermediate level for IP addressing, subnetting etc.
- Install, configure, monitor, and upgrade operating systems, applications, and IT systems.
- Create, modify, and disable user accounts in Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Manage user permissions, shared folders, email access, and application access rights.
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
- Handle helpdesk tickets and ensure timely issue resolution within defined SLA timelines.
- Endpoint security using BitLocker, Sophos antivirus
- Monitor system performance and take preventive actions to minimize downtime.
- Manage antivirus, endpoint security, backup systems, and patch management activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware support,



warranty, and AMC-related activities.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, and system configuration records.
- Support implementation of IT policies, cybersecurity controls, and compliance requirements.
- Troubleshoot email, printer, network, and authentication-related issues.
- Assist in server administration, backup restoration, and disaster recovery activities.
- Provide user training and guidance on IT best practices and security awareness.
- PowerShell experience is a plus

Required Skills

- Valuable knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN/WAN, and Wi-Fi.
- Experience with endpoint security tools, antivirus management, and backup solutions.
- Hands-on troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Basic understanding of firewall and cybersecurity concepts.
- Knowledge of IT asset management and documentation practices.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Educational Qualification
Bachelors degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Preferred Certifications
Microsoft Certified, CCNA, CompTIA, or other relevant certifications will be an added advantage.
