We are looking for an experienced and hands-on RPA Trainer to conduct an intensive 15-day RPA training program in Nagercoil.
The ideal candidate should have solid practical experience in RPA development and automation, along with the ability to explain concepts clearly and provide real-time, hands-on training to learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom-based RPA training for 15 days.
- Teach RPA concepts from fundamentals to practical implementation.
- Provide extensive hands-on exercises and real-world automation scenarios.
- Guide learners in developing automation workflows and projects.
- Demonstrate best practices for designing, debugging, testing, and deploying RPA solutions.
- Explain automation concepts using practical industry examples.
- Support learners during hands-on activities and troubleshoot their issues.
- Conduct practical assignments and mini-projects.
Required Skills
- 0 to 1+ year of hands-on experience in RPA development/training.
- Strong practical knowledge of R programming/ python is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with UiPath is highly preferred.
- Experience with other RPA tools such as Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Automate, or similar tools will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of automation workflows and real-world RPA use cases.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Prior training/teaching experience is an advantage.
