Role & responsibilities
-Drive preventive and corrective maintenance across retail stores
-Ensure seamless functioning of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and civil infrastructure
-Manage vendor relationships, AMCs, and maintenance budgets effectively
-Monitor store upkeep, asset performance, and compliance with safety standards
-Maintain and publish the R&M; Tracker on a regular basis
-Reduce and maintain the agreed TAT for R&M; complaint closure through proactive planning and effective coordination
Preferred candidate profile
- 5+ years of experience in facility management, engineering maintenance, or retail infrastructure management
- Educational background in electrical, mechanical, or civil engineering
- Proven experience in vendor management and project execution
