About the Role

UNIMIG is looking for a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer to join our growing creative team in Pune.

This is a hands-on design role working across both digital and print, supporting UNIMIG's global brand and marketing activity. You will be responsible for creating high-quality visual assets across product packaging, catalogues, brochures, advertising, ecommerce, social media and other marketing channels.

We are looking for someone with a strong eye for modern, premium, product-focused design. Our visual direction is clean, bold and contemporary, with a strong emphasis on typography, product imagery, structured layouts and consistent brand presentation.

This is not a role focused purely on social media graphics. You will work across complete campaigns, product launches and brand assets from concept through to final production.

Key Responsibilities

- Design product packaging including boxes, labels, inserts and supporting product graphics.
- Create catalogues, brochures, flyers, specification sheets and other printed marketing material.
- Design high-quality static advertisements for Meta, Google Display and other digital advertising platforms.
- Create website and ecommerce assets including banners, campaign graphics, promotional tiles and product launch material.
- Develop social media graphics while maintaining a consistent premium brand identity.
- Work with product photography, renders and supplied creative assets to produce polished campaign material.
- Create and maintain reusable templates and brand systems.
- Prepare artwork correctly for professional printing and production.
- Work closely with our marketing, product, ecommerce and creative teams in Australia and India.
- Take an initial brief or creative direction and develop it into a finished piece of work without requiring excessive supervision.




- Maintain consistency across typography, spacing, colour, imagery and overall brand presentation.
- Review existing creative and identify opportunities to improve its quality, hierarchy and visual impact.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines across different product categories and campaigns.

Required Skills

- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Strong understanding of print design and print production.
- Strong typography, layout, composition and visual hierarchy skills.
- Experience designing packaging and working with dielines.
- Experience creating brochures, catalogues and multi-page documents.
- Solid experience producing digital advertising and marketing creative.
- Ability to work confidently with product photography and image manipulation.
- Good understanding of branding and maintaining consistency across a large range of assets.
- Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly without losing attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to handle several projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

- Experience using Figma.
- Experience working with ecommerce, consumer products, tools, automotive, technology or other product-focused brands.
- Understanding of digital advertising creative and performance marketing.
- Experience working alongside photographers, 3D artists, video editors or product designers.




- Basic understanding of preparing assets for websites and responsive digital layouts.
