- Know how of application hosting (cloud /container / on-prem) & components involved (GTM, LTM, Firewall, network, Infra)
- Ability to leverage tools & dashboards like Splunk, AppD, Grafana to ask right questions during triage
- Work experience in production support setting. Handled projects of this nature & worked on P1 /P2 incident bridges
