About the Role

Responsible for international travel package sales, flight ticketing, customer handling and travel operations from enquiry to post-booking support.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle international travel enquiries and understand customer requirements.
- Create customised international itineraries and travel packages.
- Prepare quotations covering flights, hotels, transfers, sightseeing and activities.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp and email to convert bookings.
- Handle international flight fare searches, reservations, ticketing, re-issuance and cancellations.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, visa providers and travel partners.
- Maintain accurate booking, passenger, payment and travel-document records.
- Manage amendments, cancellations and customer requests.
- Ensure timely delivery of tickets, confirmations and travel documents.
- Achieve sales, conversion and revenue targets.




- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Stay updated on international destinations, airline fares, offers and travel trends.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree; Travel & Tourism/Hospitality qualification preferred.
- 3–5 years of relevant international travel experience.
- Robust knowledge of international destinations and holiday packages.
- Hands-on experience in international travel sales + flight ticketing.
- Good customer handling, negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong lead conversion and follow-up abilities.
- Knowledge of airlines, hotels, DMCs, transfers and sightseeing.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple enquiries and bookings simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, email, WhatsApp and travel booking systems.
- Comfortable working with sales targets.

Preferred Profile

Candidates with strong practical experience in international package sales, flight ticketing and end-to-end travel operations will be preferred.
