Job Summary

We are looking for IT Field Support Engineers to provide on-site IT support, troubleshooting and maintenance across multiple locations for a large retail/IT infrastructure project.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in desktop/laptop troubleshooting, hardware & software support, networking, printer/peripheral support and on-site IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide in office / field-level IT support to users and business locations.
- Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners and other IT peripherals.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software-related issues.
- Perform OS installation, configuration and basic application troubleshooting.
- Troubleshoot basic LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP and network connectivity issues.
- Install, configure and maintain IT hardware and peripherals.
- Coordinate with central IT teams,



vendors and service providers for issue resolution.
- Maintain IT assets and update service/ticket records.
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine site visits where required.
- Follow IT support processes, SLA requirements and escalation procedures.
- Travel to different locations/sites as required for field support.

Eligibility

- 15 years of relevant experience in Desktop Support / Field Support / IT Support / Hardware & Networking.
- Candidates must be comfortable with field work and travelling to client locations.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred/required for field positions.
- Candidates should be comfortable working independently at client sites.
