Key Responsibilities

- Conduct training on Acute AR, Hospital Billing, Physician Billing, Denials and RCM processes.
- Develop training materials and conduct assessments.
- Identify knowledge gaps and provide coaching/feedback.
- Support process quality and performance improvement.

Interview Process

- L1: Virtual
- L2: Face-to-Face Mandatory
- Interview with Hiring Manager and Director
- Virtual L2 may be considered, but F2F is strongly preferred.

Note: Candidates must have experience in both Hospital Billing and Physician Billing, along with 1+ year of Trainer experience documented on paper.
