About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Total Rewards Analyst to join our India team and help shape data-led compensation and benefits decisions that support our people, business, and culture.

In this role, you will partner closely with Total Rewards leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to build insights, models, and frameworks that enable equitable, competitive, and scalable rewards practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain compensation models to support budgeting, workforce planning, pay planning, and scenario-based decision-making.
- Analyze compensation data, including spend, distribution, pay trends, and competitiveness, to support informed and equitable rewards outcomes.
- Support annual and off-cycle compensation processes, including merit increases, promotions, adjustments, and related governance activities.
- Conduct market benchmarking using external compensation surveys and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Assist in salary structure design, maintenance, and updates based on market movement, internal positioning, and evolving business needs.
- Perform internal equity, pay competitiveness, and compensation trend analyses to support business and people decisions.
- Support job architecture and job matching activities, including role evaluation and updates aligned with organizational growth.
- Partner on group insurance programs, including GMC, GTL, and GPA renewals, broker interactions, insurer evaluations, and implementation support.
- Contribute to benefits design and enhancement initiatives, including OPD programs, policy updates, employee communication, and rollout planning.
- Work closely with HR, Finance, business leaders, and global stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely,



and insight-driven Total Rewards solutions.

About You

Minimum Qualifications

- 57 years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, Benefits, or Compensation & Benefits roles.
- Robust hands-on experience in compensation analytics, salary structures, market benchmarking, and pay cycle support.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including modeling, scenario building, data analysis, and working with large datasets.
- Strong understanding of compensation frameworks, survey methodology, internal equity, and market competitiveness.
- Experience supporting health and insurance plan renewals, implementation, and employee benefits programs.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail, a data governance mindset, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Full-time MBA, MSW, or equivalent postgraduate qualification.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with HR systems or compensation tools such as Workday, MarketPay, or similar platforms.
- Experience working in global, matrixed, or shared services environments.
- Exposure to job architecture, job matching, and role evaluation frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills with the ability to influence through data and insights.
- Ability to balance analytical depth with practical business recommendations.
