The TA Data Analyst will focus on gathering (using various tools ATS, MS excel trackers, surveys etc), analysing and interpreting complex sets of data related to applicants, new hires, employees and other organizational resources. This role will help the TA team make data-driven decisions that are crucial for enhancing workforce efficiency and new hire satisfaction. Beyond data collection the TA Data Analyst should be involved in identifying trends and patterns that could identify potential risks and suggest areas of improvement.
- Collect and analyze recent hire data from various sources, including ATS/HRIS, employee surveys, and other relevant systems.
- Clean, transform, and validate data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and data integrity
- Use data analysis techniques to identify trends, patterns, correlations, and insights related to TA/HR metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop and maintain TA/HR dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate TA/HR data and insights to stakeholders
- Conduct statistical analyses and predictive modelling to support TA/HR initiatives and identify potential risks or opportunities.
- Provide TA/HR data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and drive TA/HR initiatives.
- Monitor TA data to identify data anomalies, outliers, and data quality issues, and take corrective actions as necessary.
- Use TA data to maintain vendor performance trends, monthly invoicing validation and processing
- Maintain data privacy and confidentiality standards in handling sensitive TA/HR data.
- Collaborate with IT or external vendors to optimize HR data management systems and ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
- Support TA data requirements for regulatory reporting, audits, and compliance purposes.
Unique Knowledge & Skill Requirement:
- Functional knowledge
- Proven experience as an HR Data Analyst or similar role, with expertise in HR data analysis.
- In-depth knowledge of HR processes, metrics, and KPIs.
- Proficiency in using data analysis tools and programming languages, such as Excel, R, Python, SQL, or other statistical software.
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Power BI, or similar platforms, to create compelling dashboards and reports.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and their data structures, including data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis techniques, including correlation analysis, regression, and predictive modelling.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling and analysing TA/HR data.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to effectively communicate data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with HR data analysis trends, tools, and best practices.
