Job Title: Operations Executive Water Delivery Business

Job Summary:

We are seeking an organized and proactive Operations Executive to oversee the daily logistics, distribution, and administrative functions of our water bottle delivery business. In this role, you will manage inventory levels, optimize delivery schedules, coordinate our suppliers / vendors, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will streamline workflows to maximize efficiency, reduce overhead costs, and maintain compliance with local health and safety regulations.

Core Responsibilities:

- Fleet & Route Management: Align, update, and optimize daily delivery schedule to minimize complaints regarding zero availability of water at stores. Coordinate and supervise delivery drivers.
- Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels of water bottles and related products using our inventory tracking software. Ensure optimal stock levels without overstocking.
- Customer Service & Accounts:



Address escalated customer inquiries, handle billing disputes, and process recurring invoices.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure all distribution and storage processes comply with packaged drinking water safety regulations and cleanliness standards.
- Team Leadership: To train and manage suppliers information and Data
- Reporting: Maintain accurate logs of daily sales, outstanding balances, empty bottle returns, Provide weekly reports to ownership.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience.
- 2–4 years of experience in logistics, route management, or distribution operations.
- Proficiency with delivery management systems, GPS routing tools, or inventory software.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
