What You’ll Be Doing (Don’t worry, we train you on everything!)

- Making outbound calls to homeowners in the U.S.
- Using simple scripts to understand their selling timeline & interest
- Booking appointments for our partner real estate agents
- Following up with prospects via calls, voicemail, SMS
- Updating notes in our CRM (HubSpot or similar)
- Learning objection handling, sales psychology & communication techniques
- Growing into a professional SDR / Inside Sales role within 3–6 months
