The Senior Genesys Cloud CX Developer is a hands on technical role accountable for the architecture, development, and optimization of enterprise contact center solutions across voice and digital channels. This role goes beyond basic platform administration. You will take total ownership of platform reliability, advanced routing logic, API integrations, and the deployment of emerging artificial intelligence capabilities. Operating as a technical authority, you will translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and resilient configurations while enforcing engineering best practices.

Role

- Design, build, and optimize complex omnichannel interactions and IVR call flows utilizing Genesys Cloud Architect.
- Develop and maintain robust integrations connecting Genesys Cloud with enterprise systems like CRM platforms and ServiceNow using REST APIs, Webhooks, and custom Data Actions.
- Architect and execute advanced routing strategies, queue configurations, and skill based routing to align with rigorous service level agreements.
- Lead the deployment and configuration of contemporary AI features including Agent Copilot,



AI generated interaction summaries, and conversational bots.
- Engineer and maintain automated deployment pipelines utilizing CX as Code and Infrastructure as Code methodologies to standardize environment management.
- Spearhead root cause analysis and complex troubleshooting for telephony performance, SIP signaling incidents, and API payload failures.
- Manage Identity and Access Management configurations, including Single Sign On deployment and granular role based access controls.
- Mentor junior staff and enforce strict technical standards, code reviews, and comprehensive architectural documentation.

Required Technical Skills and Competencies

- Three or more years of direct, hands on experience developing and engineering solutions specifically within the Genesys Cloud CX platform.
- Advanced proficiency working with RESTful APIs, JSON, and event driven integration architecture.
- Demonstrated experience leveraging Genesys Cloud Developer Tools, SDKs, and Embeddable Frameworks.
- Proven track record of configuring and supporting Workforce Engagement Management tools and digital channel routing.
