Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Store Executive to manage day-to-day store activities in an API/Chemical manufacturing plant, ensuring proper receipt, storage, documentation, inventory control and timely issuance of raw materials, packing materials, solvents and other plant materials.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage receipt, inspection, identification and proper storage of RM, PM, chemicals, solvents and other materials.
- Prepare and maintain GRN, Material Receipt, Issue Slips, Stock Registers and other store documents.
- Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO, batch-wise and location-wise inventory management.
- Issue materials to Production, QC, R&D; and other departments as per approved requirements.
- Maintain accurate physical and system stock records and conduct periodic stock verification.
- Ensure proper labelling,



segregation and secure storage of chemicals and solvents.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, QA/QC and Accounts departments for material requirements and discrepancies.
- Maintain store housekeeping and ensure compliance with GMP, EHS and company SOPs.
- Support internal, customer and regulatory audits by providing required store records and documents.
- Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels and report shortages, excess or damaged materials to the concerned authority.

Qualification

B.Com / B.Sc. / Diploma / Graduate with relevant experience in Store/Warehouse operations.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of API/Chemical Industry Store Operations.
- Good understanding of inventory management and documentation.
- Knowledge of ERP/Inventory Management Software and MS Excel.
- Good communication, coordination and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing plant environment.

Only Male candidates with 3–4 years of relevant Store experience in API/Chemical Industries will be considered.
