About the Role

We are looking for Female Medical Representatives (MRs) to join our growing team in Pune /Kolkata/ Hyderabad

This is a field-based role focused on building strong professional relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, NGOs, and other healthcare organizations while expanding Cosmas presence across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit doctors, hospitals, clinics, diagnostic labs, NGOs & healthcare organizations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals
• Introduce and promote Cosmas fertility and healthcare solutions
• Generate leads and identify new business opportunities
• Conduct regular field visits and follow-ups
• Develop a strong healthcare professional network
• Maintain records of doctor/hospital/lab visits and interactions




• Achieve assigned field and business targets
• Submit regular reports on field activities and meetings
• Travel extensively within the assigned territory as required
- Requirements

- 0 to 1 year of experience in MR, Healthcare Sales, Pharma Sales, Medical Sales, or similar field roles
• Female candidates preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable with extensive field work and regular travel
• Experience in Pharma, Healthcare, Medical, Diagnostic, or Nutraceutical industries preferred
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Ability to work independently
• Local candidates with valuable knowledge of the respective territory preferred
• Marathi + English required; Hindi will be an added advantage

Salary: Up to 30,000/month based on experience & interview performance
