- Pre-contract quantity surveying, estimation and budgeting.
- Prepare BOQ, estimate quantities, and monitor progress against estimates.
- Conduct site surveys, prepare detailed BOQs, and review contractor bills.
- Drafting of work orders, contracts & commercial documentation
- Monitor contractor performance against agreed-upon milestones and deadlines.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Preparing weekly/monthly reposfrts, MIS & Management Dashbords.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 12-15 years of experience in construction planning or a related field.
- Solid skills in BOQ preparation, rate analysis, quantity estimation, surveying, and construction planning.
- Proficiency in using ERP ( Farvision )
- Hands-on experience in primavera P6 / Mocrosoft Project
