Solid coding & system design

Frontend – 30–40%
React.js
Redux / Redux Toolkit
JavaScript / TypeScript
HTML5 / CSS3
DevOps & Cloud
Docker & Kubernetes
CI/CD
Azure / GCP
Production troubleshooting

Leadership
Lead and mentor 4–8 engineers
Architecture & code reviews
End-to-end delivery ownership
Work with Product, BA, QA, DevOps & global stakeholders
Strong design patterns, testing and coding standards

Good to have: Retail/E-commerce, AI/LLM, RAG, AI Agents, Observability and GCC experience.
