Project Coordinator Data Annotation / AI-ML Operations

Job Summary

We are looking for a Project Coordinator with experience in Data Annotation, Data Labeling, AI/ML Operations, BPO Operations, Team Management, or Delivery Coordination.

Candidates with experience as Annotation Team Lead, Process Lead, Operations Lead, Senior Team Lead, or Project Coordinator are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily project operations, workload distribution, and resource allocation.
- Work with Team Leads to achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
- Monitor productivity, quality, throughput, SLA, utilization, and delivery timelines.
- Track team performance and project deliverables.
- Conduct review meetings, prepare MoM, and track action items.
- Prepare project status reports, trackers, and dashboards.
- Identify operational bottlenecks, risks, and resource constraints and escalate issues.
- Coordinate with Quality, Training, Operations, and Delivery teams.
- Support onboarding, training, performance tracking, and process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality standards, and client requirements.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree.




- 35 years of relevant experience in Data Annotation, Data Labeling, AI/ML Operations, BPO/Data Operations, Team Management, or Project Coordination.
- Mandatory: Team management and project delivery experience.
- Experience in one or more of 2D/3D Image, Text, Audio, Video, LiDAR, or Multimodal Annotation is preferred.
- Solid MS Excel skills – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, reporting, and dashboards.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to work night shifts from the Hyderabad office.

Compensation

CTC: Up to 5.5 LPA, based on experience and interview performance.
