- Track and monitor child part availability to ensure project timelines are met.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Stores, GRN, Manufacturing Engineering, Logistics, and Procurement for project-related activities.
- Support sample planning, tracking, and coordination with stakeholders.
- Maintain project status records and prepare regular progress updates.
- Follow up on open actions and ensure timely closure of project deliverables.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree (or pursuing final year) in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, or related Engineering disciplines.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment
