We are seeking an analytical, articulate, and customer-centric Startup Consultant (Business Advisor) for a Full-Time, On-Site role. In this position, you will act as a strategic advisor to founders, startups, and established business owners who reach out to us for guidance.

This is a 100% inbound consultation and advisory role. You will be handling warm inquiries from individuals who want to register a company, apply for a trademark, secure a tax registration, or structure their business. Your focus will be on understanding their vision, explaining legal frameworks, mapping out the correct compliance roadmap, and onboarding them smoothly onto our platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Structural Guidance: Evaluate inbound queries from founders and advise them on the best legal structures for their business goals (e.g., Private Limited Company, LLP, OPC, or Partnership).
- Intellectual Property & Tax Mapping:



Guide clients through secondary requirements such as Trademark Registrations (Class selections), GST setup, MSME/Udyam certificates, and custom licensing.
- Solution Design: Break down complex legal jargon into simple, actionable steps for the client, detailing timelines, necessary documentation, and government fee structures.
- Nurturing Pipelines: Maintain a warm, highly professional relationship with founders who are in the planning phases of their business, offering continuous advisory support.
- Client Onboarding: Collect necessary foundational documents (KYC, incorporation details) from clients and ensure a clean, seamless handover to our internal legal and accounting teams.
- Database Management: Track all advisory milestones, founder preferences, and follow-up timelines in our internal CRM.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in consultative sales, corporate customer relationship management, or business consulting. Freshers with exceptional clarity of thought, solid communication skills, and an eagerness to learn corporate laws are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Communication Skills: Impeccable verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi. The ability to articulate complex processes with confidence, politeness, and authority is mandatory.
- Analytical Aptitude: A sharp learner who can easily grasp the conceptual differences between various corporate registrations, tax implications, and regulatory frameworks during our initial onboarding training.
