Role & responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, customization, and implementation of Salesforce solutions across business functions.
- Provide technical leadership to Salesforce Developers, Administrators, and other team members.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
- Design and develop solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Flows, Triggers, and Salesforce APIs.
- Lead integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and integration platforms such as MuleSoft.
- Oversee data migration, data quality, security, sharing models, and Salesforce platform governance.
- Review technical designs, source code, configurations, and pull requests to ensure quality and adherence to best practices.
- Establish development standards, reusable components, coding practices, and technical documentation.
- Manage Salesforce releases, deployments, environments, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance while working within Salesforce governor limits.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Managers, Architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
- Participate in solution architecture discussions and provide technical estimates, effort assessments, and implementation recommendations.
- Ensure Salesforce solutions comply with security, data governance, integration, and enterprise architecture standards.
- Mentor junior and mid-level Salesforce professionals and support their technical development.
- Stay current with Salesforce platform releases, new features, development frameworks, and industry best practices.

Preferred candidate profile





- 5 to 10 years of experience in Salesforce development, implementation, and technical delivery, with proven experience in a lead role.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, Salesforce Flows, Triggers, Visualforce, and Salesforce configuration.
- Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce platform capabilities.
- Proven experience designing and implementing Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and MuleSoft or similar platforms.
- Robust understanding of Salesforce security, profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, data access, governor limits, and platform architecture.
- Experience with data migration, ETL tools, Salesforce Data Loader, deployment management, and environment strategy.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOps tools such as Copado or Gearset.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum, SDLC, code-review practices, development standards, and release management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams, conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and drive engineering best practices.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work closely with Salesforce Architects, Business Analysts, QA, Product, and business stakeholders.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications are strongly preferred.
- Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Integration Architecture certifications are additional advantages.
- Experience working in large enterprise Salesforce environments or complex multi-cloud implementations is highly desirable.
