- Manage Recent Product Development activities from concept to production
- Review drawings, specifications and customer requirements
- Coordinate with Design, Production, Quality, Tool Room, PPC & Purchase teams
- Prepare and manage APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, Process Flow & other NPD documentation
- Coordinate prototype/sample development and trials Monitor product development timelines and ensure timely submission to customers
- Identify and resolve product/process-related issues during development
- Support process validation, testing and continuous improvement
Preferred candidate profile:-
1. Experience in Fasteners manufacturing
2. Strong knowledge of Feasibility Studies, Costing, APQP, PPAP, PFMEA,
MSA, SPC & Control Plan
3. Good understanding of engineering drawings and manufacturing
processes
4. Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
