IT -Support Engineer

Location: Boisar, Maharashtra

Job Summary: Looking for an IT Support Engineer with experience in hardware, networking, and desktop support for a manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot Windows OS, desktop/laptop hardware, printers, and network issues.

Manage LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity and ensure smooth IT operations.

Support CCTV, biometric systems, and production line IT interfaces.

Maintain data backups, antivirus, and system security.

Coordinate with external vendors for IT equipment and repairs.

Required Skills:

Knowledge of Windows OS, hardware troubleshooting, and printer support.

Understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, Routers, Switches, Firewalls).

Experience with CCTV and system maintenance preferred.

Valuable communication and troubleshooting skills.

Qualification:

B.Sc IT / BCA / Computer Science Graduate / Diploma in Hardware & Networking.

CCNA, MCSE, or related certifications preferred.

Experience: 1-4 Years

Location Preference: Boisar/Palghar candidates preferred (or willing to relocate).
