Job Title: Financial Product Trainer Campus Programs

Role Overview

We are seeking an energetic Financial Product Trainer to design and deliver interactive workshops to college students, demystifying products such as mutual funds, equity markets, insurance, and personal banking. This role focuses on bridging the gap between academic theory and real-world financial literacy, preparing young adults for smart financial management and career readiness.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging, high-impact training sessions and workshops across partner colleges, both in-person and online.
- Break down complex financial concepts (e.g., SIPs, credit scores, insurance policies, tax planning, asset allocation) into relatable, jargon-free scenarios.
- Facilitate interactive case studies, practical budgeting exercises, mock market simulations, and Q&A; sessions to drive engagement.
- Adapt training materials, presentation decks, and activities based on student academic backgrounds and college feedback.
- Measure student participation, assess learning outcomes, and maintain training records for quality improvement.

Qualifications & Experience





- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance/MBA, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in financial product training, wealth management, or BFSI academic instruction.
- Industry certifications (e.g., NISM, NCFM, CFP, or local financial regulatory certifications) are strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated history of speaking effectively in front of large student crowds (100+ attendees).

- Audience Engagement: Ability to hold a college room’s attention using interactive tools (e.g., live polls, quizzes), storytelling, and real-world examples.
- Domain Expertise: Solid working knowledge of retail financial products, investment vehicles, and basic personal financial planning.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and visual presentation skills tailored to Gen Z learning styles.
- Adaptability & Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently to various college campuses and adapt quickly to energetic schedules.
