Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls from international customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Achieve individual and team targets for sales, customer satisfaction, and call quality.
- Maintain accurate customer information and update records.
- Follow company policies, quality standards, and communication guidelines.
- Handle customer concerns with patience and a positive attitude.

- Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts.
- Basic computer knowledge.
