About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in IT recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify and engage suitable candidates for various technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client/job requirements and identify suitable candidate profiles.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, referrals, social media, and internal databases.
- Search and shortlist candidates using Boolean search and relevant keywords.
- Screen resumes based on technical skills, experience, location, notice period, and salary expectations.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls with candidates.
- Assess candidate communication, experience, interest, and overall fitment.




- Coordinate technical interviews and interview schedules with candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily activity reports.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future IT requirements.
- Coordinate offer discussions, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
- Required Skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of IT technologies and software development roles.
- Knowledge of recruitment portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Shine, etc.
- Basic knowledge of Boolean search techniques is an advantage.
- Good interpersonal and candidate-handling skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
