What Youll Be Responsible For

SEO Strategy & Execution

- Conduct comprehensive SEO audits covering technical, on-page, content, off-page and competitor factors
- Identify and prioritize SEO opportunities based on impact
- Build monthly SEO action plans and execute approved strategies
- Manage SEO execution across 5-6 client accounts
- Monitor performance and adjust strategies based on data

On-Page & Content SEO

- Conduct detailed keyword research using Semrush and Google Keyword Planner
- Map keywords to relevant pages and search intent
- Optimize titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, content and images
- Improve internal linking and identify orphan-page opportunities
- Optimize and refresh existing website content
- Upload, format, optimize and publish SEO content on WordPress
- Identify content gaps, topic opportunities and competitor content strategies
- Use AI tools responsibly for SEO research, analysis and content optimization

Off-Page SEO

- Research and acquire relevant, high-quality backlink opportunities
- Evaluate websites based on authority, topical relevance, spam signals, placement and genuine value




- Conduct competitor backlink analysis using Semrush
- Identify relevant white-hat opportunities across directories, industry websites, resource pages, editorial opportunities and other relevant sources
- Build and maintain local citations where applicable
- Focus on both quality and quantity while avoiding spammy or manipulative SEO practices

Technical SEO

- Identify crawlability and indexing issues
- Work with robots.txt, XML sitemaps, canonical tags and redirects
- Identify broken links, duplicate content and URL-structure issues
- Understand website architecture, internal linking and crawl depth
- Coordinate technical SEO fixes with developers and verify implementation
- Basic knowledge of Core Web Vitals, PageSpeed, schema and JavaScript rendering is a plus

Local SEO

- Conduct local keyword research
- Build and maintain relevant local citations
- Track local/Map Pack rankings
- GBP optimization, posts, competitor analysis and troubleshooting are a plus
