Support new product development across the product categories, including continental, Italian, Western Cuisine, sandwiches, Breakfast.
- Study market trends and contribute to ideation
- Recipe development, documentation, and costing
- Define product presentation standards
- Create SOPs to productionise standard recipes on a large scale
- Train the production teams on standard recipes and SOPs
- Supporting marketing in development of product descriptions, packaging, photo shoots, and product demo videos.
Preferred candidate profile
Candidate Profile -:
- Hotel Management graduate with 7-8 years of experience in five-star hotels and/or premium food retail
- Solid experience continental / hot kitchen
- Exposure to hot & cold kitchen and general management of kitchen
- Skills & Attitude
- Strong alignment to Values & ethical principles
- Strong technical understanding
